Happy Spring Blog Family,
How y’all doing? The weather in the UK has been super friendly this week and my soul has been smiling a lot. There’s something about sunshine and light that boost your mood to a hundred. How’s the weather at your end?
So, the long awaited Spring is finally here! Time to dig out the colours and bold prints. With every season comes all kind of trends, but lets not be fooled into buying excessively. This is the time to ask ourselves this question when we see all these trends around, – Do I need this or do I want this? Timeless pieces are still the ish no matter the season or year. Think of new ways to style the old pieces in your closet. Layer dresses to turn them into either a top or skirt. Some dresses can be worn as a top over a jeans. If it’s too long, you can be creative with it by styling it with a belt. These are just examples, but I know you get the point here.
Today’s outfit is a look I put together to grab lunch with my work sisters. The Orange V Neck Oversized Jumper is actually a Christmas gift I got for one of my work sisters, but I wasn’t sure of her sizing so I ended up keeping it for myself (gifted her a lovely scarf instead). I’m a sucker for oversized jumpers. Very comfortable and versatile. Pairing it with an all black pieces made it standout. All the other ensemble are old.

I am thrilled that my favourite season (Spring) is here!
The weather here has been temperatures and mix of sun clouds wind (occasional snow) and rain have been varying a lot here, but I expect to see the first flowers coming up and leaves the turning green momentarily!
I love the pretty combination of complementary colours of the Orange V-Neck Oversized Jumper from ‘I Saw It First’! What a great buy! It looks fabulous in the outfit you styled it in!

Spring season is my fav for shopping, can’t wait for the lighter collections to came out in my fav shops!
Here in Italy the weather is sunny and warm and really pumps up my mood!^^

I love the reminder of not shopping the trends. Spring fashion always gets me, as I love all the colours and florals. However I definitely need to look at what I have and restyle them like you said xx

I love bright colors for spring! I’m wearing pastels in my new post, but super saturated hues are my usual go-to. I definitely have to check myself and make sure that I’m buying things I NEED vs. things I only WANT. So important!
