By play by play summer is gradually coming to an end. 2019 has been one of the flyest year ever. With a blink of an eye we’re nearly coming to another Christmas. Things didn’t go according to plans this summer, but I’ve not let that get to me at all. I’ve enjoyed the weather nonetheless and hope it continues to be nice till the end of summer. Below are five things I want to do before summer ends.
*Visit Sculpture Park*
This is a place I’ve been promising my son to take him for awhile and its about time I fulfilled it. You probably asking what or where this is. Ha!! In the words of Wikipedia, the Yorkshire Sculpture Park is an open-air gallery in West Bretton near Wakefield in West Yorkshire, England, showing work by British and international artists, including Henry Moore and Barbara Hepworth. The park’s collection of works by Moore is one of the largest open-air displays of his bronzes in Europe.
*Try 3 new Restaurants*
There is something about eating out that makes me (my son as well) happy. Maybe it’s the food or being in a different environment or having someone wait on me, -I just love it! I wouldn’t mind eating out for the rest of my life, but as the bible puts it in 1 Corinthians 10:23, “everything is permissible, but not everything is beneficial.” Having said that, I’ll love to try new restaurants as I find myself always visiting the same places that I’m used to.
*Get back to a Healthy Lifestyle*
My days of summer body is over! I’ve literally put back all the weight I lost prior to entering the season. This summer has been full of festivities which equals binge eating. I haven’t paid attention of the things I’ve eaten. Not sexy at all. Lol!! Well its time I get back to a healthy lifestyle and stick to it.
*Paint my Kitchen*
If there’s something I have been procrastinating a lot, then it is giving my kitchen a makeover. It is one of the places in my home that I didn’t bother to touch when I moved in. It has run its course now. I’ve already cleared/cleaned my wardrobes, oven and surroundings which is good.
*Minimalize my Bedroom*
The bedroom is a sanctuary and therefore it has to be clutter-free and should have this peaceful aura. At the minute my bedroom doesn’t match that category because of clutter. There’re clothes everywhere which is kinda depressing. I’ve already decluttered but I’ve to sort out the clothes that serve me no more. So yeah, wish me luck.
